The location offered easy access to nearby attractions and made exploring simple. The hop-on-hop-off bus stop was especially convenient! I found the indoor courtyard beautiful, it featured a pool and hot tub. The live music added a special touch. I really adored the charming balcony view from our room!
The check-in process needs improvement though, as there was a slight delay in receiving notification that our room was ready. The email arrived later than expected.

The on-site restaurants provided convenient options for meals. A buffet with varied food options is available. The breakfast included a good choice of high-quality dishes, and it was good to start each day with tasty food and friendly service.

The pool and jacuzzi hours are perfect. The pool is open until 10 PM, it allowed us to unwind after sightseeing. The well-kept pool area added to the experience, the atmosphere created a soothing and pleasant retreat.

The hotel is fantastically situated and it's very easy to explore the city center. it's within walking distance of numerous attractions. There is convenient on-site parking and , made getting around even more seamless, though the parking was expensive!

The check-in process was disorganized. I waited an unreasonable amount of time. Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the curtains were too short. They let in too much light at night. The hotel also reeked of chlorine, quite bothersome.

The location was great. Next to the hop-on-hop-off bus! The staff at the front desk gave really good customer service. I really enjoyed the indoor courtyard. The pool and the hot tub were well maintained.
The check-in process was not ideal. I heard people complain about it. The hotel emailed when my room was ready, but they did not text. This caused confusion. Some outlets were questionable. One heated my charger to a scary degree after only 20 minutes.
